MEPA Regulations

The MEPA Regulations at 301 CMR 11.00 along with the MEPA statute, govern the MEPA review process.

The regulations were revised in 1998 and 2008 and the 2008 amendments were made to the Sections 11.03, 11.05, 11.07, 11.08 and 11.16 of MEPA regulations.
