Filings must be received by 5 p.m. on the 15th and last days of each month in order to appear in the
next issue of the Environmental Monitor. If the last day or the 15th
of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended to the end of the next business day.
If you are uncertain whether your project requires a MEPA filing, you may request an Advisory
