This Environmental Monitor, the Twelfth issue in Volume 57 of 
      a series, is intended to provide notice of all submissions received by the 
      Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEA) under Massachusetts General 
      Laws, Chapter 30, Sections 62 through 62H inclusive, in the period April 
      2, 2002 through April 16, 2002.

Barnstable Marine Service, Inc. has 
      requested that the proposed maintenance dredging and designation of a zone 
      of reconfiguration at its facility in Maraspin Creek/Barnstable Harbor be 
      considered Routine Maintenance  
      under the MEPA regulations. In accordance with Section 11.01 (6) 
      (c) of the MEPA regulations, the Secretary of Environmental Affairs will 
      accept public comments on this request until April 30, 2002.
