Request for Advisory Opinion

Barnstable Marine Service, Inc. has requested that the proposed maintenance dredging and designation of a zone of reconfiguration at its facility in Maraspin Creek/Barnstable Harbor be considered “Routine Maintenance”  under the MEPA regulations. In accordance with Section 11.01 (6) (c) of the MEPA regulations, the Secretary of Environmental Affairs will accept public comments on this request until April 30, 2002.  For copies of the request, please contact Peter J.
