Status: C = Certified, P = Provisionally Certified, R = To be
revoked on the effective date shown. Provisional certification means that
the Department deems the laboratory capable of producing valid data despite
minor deficiencies. The Department may accept results from laboratories that
are certified or provisionally certified by the Department.
NEW: You can now search by one or more specific analytes (e.g., lead and copper
and fluoride) or methods. To find all the laboratories certified for the
specific analytes or methods you are interested in, select the first analyte or
method by clicking on it, then hold the control key down while making
additional selections. Click the Search button when finished with your
selections. Note: The screen will repaint after each analyte selection.
Remember to click the Reset Search Criteria to All button before beginning a
new search.
If your search results in no laboratories shown, try changing your search
criteria to All Analytes and/or All Methods. After changing search
criteria, you must click the Search button again.
